• Manual Testing & QA
• 5+ years of strong experience in manual testing.
• Experience validating end-to-end workflows and user functionality.
• Strong regression testing experience to ensure platform stability after releases and enhancements.
• Ability to identify, design, and execute test cases based on product requirements and business scenarios.
• Strong understanding of product workflows, business requirements, and user experience validation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective testing scenarios and validation plans.
• API & Backend Validation
• Hands-on experience using Postman for API testing and response validation.
• Experience testing REST APIs and backend integrations/services.
• Strong SQL skills for backend data validation, troubleshooting, and verification.
• Tools & Collaboration
• Experience documenting defects and test results in Jira.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and GTM teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Accessibility & Quality
• Experience with WCAG standards and accessibility testing tools
