You will lead testing efforts and manage QA teams for complex software projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA teams and manage end-to-end testing efforts for complex projects.
• Execute manual, performance, and Salesforce (SFDC) testing.
• Perform testing on nCino commercial banking platforms and CRM systems.
• Validate software quality across cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• At least 2 years of experience in a lead role.
• Hands-on experience with nCino commercial banking platform.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM testing.
• Experience with cloud platforms and performance testing.
• ISTQB Certified Tester or Agile Tester certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
