Description

You will lead testing efforts and coordinate with BAs and application teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create test design frameworks and test scenarios, scripts, and test cases according to RTM and testing standards.
• Execute SIT and UAT, while overseeing test execution for junior testers.
• Report defects and track ageing against SLAs, following up with developers and BAs for fixes.
• Manage documentation for test planning, execution, and defect reporting.
• Provide test result walkthroughs to stakeholders for formal sign-off.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and coach newly onboarded team members.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of manual testing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and articulation skills.
• Experience performing SIT and UAT execution.
• Ability to handle complex testing requirements without gaps.
• Proficiency in defect reporting and tracking.
• BE/BSc or equivalent degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of social platforms.
