Description

You will own the end-to-end manual testing lifecycle for banking applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business requirements and functional specifications for banking applications.
• Develop comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and checklists for manual testing.
• Execute test cases to identify defects and validate functionality, security, and compliance.
• Report, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools like JIRA or Quality Center.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure complete test coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Manual QA Tester in the banking or financial services domain.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience creating detailed test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
• Proficiency with testing tools including JIRA and Quality Center.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
