Description

You will perform manual testing for SAP ECC systems within Electric and Gas operations, focusing on field order management, maintenance, and construction workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage test cases using ADO Test Plan, HP ALM, or similar tools.
• Test mobile applications on iOS devices to ensure functionality, usability, and back-end integration.
• Identify, document, and track defects in SAP ECC and mobile applications through to resolution.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to manage testing timelines and deliverables in Agile environments.
• Validate field work order creation with operational teams to ensure business process adherence.

Required Skills

• Experience testing SAP ECC field order management for Electric and Gas operations.
• Proficiency with ADO Test Plan, HP ALM, or equivalent test management tools.
• Hands-on experience testing iOS applications on iPhone and iPad devices.
• Working knowledge of Agile or Hybrid Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or JIRA for project management.
• Ability to coordinate testing activities across offshore and onsite models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for defect management and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ClickSoftware or other field operations tools.
• ISTQB or other relevant manual testing/QA certifications.
• Previous experience in the utilities sector.
