Description

Execute manual testing processes to ensure software quality and requirement alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and plans based on project specifications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues.
• Guide the development team on the creation of test scripts.
• Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and sprint planning meetings.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in manual software testing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Jira for incident tracking and test management.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Java and Selenium.
• Strong analytical skills for defect analysis and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
