Description

You will support the transition to a new SaaS CRM solution by managing integrations, validating system functionality through testing, and writing code to resolve gaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, including scripting and data analysis.
• Perform manual and regression testing to validate system integrations and APIs.
• Execute end-to-end test cycles for complex system integrations.
• Identify functional gaps and write new code to make necessary corrections.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and development.
• In-depth knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
• Proficiency with Manual Testing, Test Cases, and Test Planning.
• Experience testing system integrations and APIs.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Ellucian CRM Advance or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Background working in Higher Education environments.
