You will analyze manufacturing processes and data to drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to map end-to-end business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Support data flow design and system integration across manufacturing and production systems.
Ensure solution design and implementation comply with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data integrity requirements (21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, GxP).
Develop dashboards and reports from Manufacturing and Supply Chain system data to support decision making.
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex manufacturing scenarios.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Analyst roles focusing on manufacturing data analytics within the Life Sciences domain.
Strong knowledge of complete Manufacturing ecosystems, including their data flow (MES, ERP, SAP systems).
Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools, specifically Power BI and Tableau.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Professional MBA (PMBA) with a specialization in Manufacturing/Operations Management is required.
Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management across multi-functional teams.
