You will analyze manufacturing processes and data to drive operational improvements in a life sciences environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to map end-to-end business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support data flow design and system integration across manufacturing and production systems.
• Ensure solution design and implementation comply with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data integrity requirements (21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, GxP).
• Develop dashboards and reports from Manufacturing and Supply Chain system data to support decision making.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex manufacturing scenarios.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Analyst roles focusing on manufacturing data analytics within the Life Sciences domain.
• Strong knowledge of complete Manufacturing ecosystems, including data flow (MES, ERP, SAP systems).
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools, specifically Power BI and Tableau.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional MBA (PMBA) with a specialization in Manufacturing/Operations Management is required.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management across multi-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Systems integration.
• Background in MES and ERP data architecture.
