Optimize production efficiency and establish standard production rates through detailed operational studies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze time, motion, methods, and speed in maintenance and production to improve efficiency.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and formulas to set quality and reliability standards.
• Plan work assignments based on machine capacity, production schedules, and worker performance.
• Develop charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, floor layouts, and machine utilization.
• Monitor equipment operation and worker tasks to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 7+ years of professional experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and creating engineering drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with competency in engineering computations.
• Experience using computer applications and software related to the engineering field.
