Description

You will lead the full life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) using Siemens OpsCenter.

Responsibilities

• Execute requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis to define system needs.
• Design functional solutions on the Siemens OpsCenter platform by working directly with customer stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage new Change Requests (CR).
• Coordinate with development and assurance teams to handle design, testing, and integration requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and high-level planning for system implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing systems engineering.
• Expertise in Siemens OpsCenter, including OpsCenter Designer and OpsCenter Configuration.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture for MES/MOM environments.
• Hands-on experience with portal form development using Portal Studio.
• Direct experience with OpsCenter MIO integration.
• Knowledge of Camstar MES application interfaces.
• Experience integrating MES with ERP, LIMs, Equipment, and HMI.
• Strong technical documentation and requirement management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex business processes and resolve functional conflicts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft Middleware.
