Description

You manage manufacturing processes, product validation, and equipment maintenance within a diagnostic imaging environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing processes and execute validation activities to establish products on the line.
• Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECO) and implement updates to manufacturing workflows.
• Develop work instructions (SOP), maintain revision histories, and prepare Device History Records (eDHR).
• Oversee equipment installation, verification, validation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Execute corrective and preventive actions for part failures, process issues, and customer complaints.

Required Skills

• 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the diagnostic imaging product manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Proficiency in managing ECR/ECO processes.
• Experience with Oracle for BOM maintenance, routing, cost roll-ups, and labour HR tracking.
• Knowledge of SOP and eDHR documentation.
• Capability in BOM/ICV and cost roll-up management.
• Experience with PFMEA, DMR, and quality plan maintenance.
• Ability to perform equipment verification and validation.
