Description

You will design and optimize assembly lines and production processes to bridge the gap between product design and manufacturing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design assembly lines, production processes, and process flow diagrams.
• Develop fixtures, jigs, and error prevention measures for correct assembly.
• Create detailed work instructions for operators.
• Troubleshoot machinery and provide technical support for production processes.
• Collaborate with design engineers to convert product designs into feasible manufacturing plans.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency in CREO for fixture and tooling design.
• Hands-on experience with assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and pneumatics.
• Experience working with mechanical and electrical components, including electrical motors and sensors.
• Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
