You will own engineering and process integrity across manufacturing operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional PFMEA workshops, calculate RPNs, implement controls, and document action plans.
• Trigger RCA protocols (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D) in response to SPC alerts, QC escapes, scrap, or assembly issues.
• Design and implement manufacturing processes for new products, collaborating with design engineering and Integrated Product Teams.
• Lead equipment procurement, installation, qualification, and release into production.
• Track key process metrics (Cp/Cpk, SPC), identify trends, and propose projects targeting cost reduction and defect prevention.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with PFMEA and Control Plan development.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, 8D).
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and process capability (Cp/Cpk).
• Experience managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience with technical data such as blueprints and quality specifications.
• Familiarity with design, QA, and systems integration processes.
