You will own process optimization and manufacturing improvement initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production teams to perform problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing principles.
• Drive cost reductions and yield improvements across production lines.
• Utilize project management tools to enhance overall productivity.
• Improve equipment capability and reliability by identifying error-proofing opportunities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Experience with process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing and quality engineering.
• Experience with Project Management.
