Description

You will manage manufacturing processes, equipment validation, and documentation for new and legacy products in Eden Prairie, MN.

Responsibilities

• Generate rate routings and detailed work instructions for production.
• Manage document control processes including ECR and ECO using Windchill.
• Design, document, and validate new equipment, fixtures, and assemblies.
• Participate in daily shopfloor meetings and serve as the ME representative on cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically SolidWorks.
• Experience with Windchill for ECR and ECO management.
• Working knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, and APQP quality systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with safety systems and OSHA standards, including LOTO.
• Knowledge of assembly processes such as wire cutting, terminal installation, and soldering.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ultrasonic welding, spot welding, and laser markers.
• Experience with SMART Pick Bins and electronic torque controllers.
