• Floor Oriented

• 5-7 years of manufacturing / process engineering experience

• Ability to read prints

• Proven record of continuous improvement

• Fiberglass experience is a plus

• Automotive / Agricultural experience is preferred

• Floor communication skill is a must....Shop talk...working with assembly workers

• IE work is secondary, but accepted

• Demonstrated focus on safety

• Absolute ability to work within a cross functional team

• Ability to work autonomously when needed • Tool design experience is preferred

• Basic metrology; calipers, straight edge, measuring tape
