Description

You will provide technical support for vaccine, biologic, and sterile manufacturing processes through data analysis and troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical investigations and analyses to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventative actions to reduce atypical events.
• Write, review, and improve procedures for equipment and process operations.
• Support change control implementation and contribute to safety reviews.
• Perform shift work as required to support production needs.

Required Skills

• B.S. or M.S. in biology, biochemistry, biochemical engineering, biological systems engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, computer science, or integrated science.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to field troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze issues from safety, compliance, maintenance, and automation perspectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for report writing and documentation.
• Proven ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly.
• 0-3 years of relevant industrial experience.
