Description

You will manage process improvement projects from initial engineering justification through to equipment implementation and validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end process improvement projects, including equipment specification, vendor selection, purchasing, and implementation.
• Perform engineering analysis to adjust complex manufacturing processes and ensure quality yields.
• Design and arrange machine layouts within plant facilities to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Develop manufacturing processes for product transfers from research to production environments.
• Validate that all modifications, programs, and bulletins comply with customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from specification to IQOQPQ validation.
• Ability to perform technical engineering analysis for process adjustment.
• Knowledge of equipment acquisition and vendor selection processes.
• Experience in designing sequences of operations and tool fabrication specifications.
• Understanding of technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standard adherence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
