Description

You will optimize production lines and manufacturing processes for existing and new product lines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform time studies and document hidden factory capture for existing product lines.
• Evaluate sites and develop layouts for establishing new production lines.
• Review, create, and update quality improvement plans for manufacturing processes.
• Update inspection-related instructions to adhere to current processes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including data query writing and development.
• Proficiency with GD&T concepts.
• Ability to provide indirect leadership to diverse teams deploying complex processes.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple complex projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for all stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with electro-mechanical products and creating test procedures.
• LabVIEW software experience.
• Six Sigma or Lean Expert certification.
