Description

Support manufacturing processes through continuous improvement, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a serial production environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement and MAE projects.
• Create PFMEAs and generate necessary corrective actions.
• Establish output targets based on machine cycle times and operator activity to reduce process variation.
• Develop process documentation for machine shop personnel and manage plant layout master drawings.
• Liaise with subcontractors and supplier representatives to identify production support equipment solutions and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in serial production manufacturing and assembly environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project management software.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Industrial Engineering techniques.
• Experience with workplace design and defining routing standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
• HNC in Manufacturing or equivalent education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MTM UAS, ERGO, and PFMEA software.
