You will own process optimization and technical implementation within manufacturing operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and improve business efficiency.
• Define manufacturing and assembly strategies for aircraft components.
• Manage configuration control and ensure accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee structural and systems installation activities, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes and minimizing inefficiencies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineer role.
• Experience creating and managing Conditions of Supply (COS) documentation.
• Ability to interpret, verify, and validate engineering drawings and documentation.
• Proficiency in standardizing manufacturing operations, including developing Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs).
• Experience performing root cause analysis to define product key characteristics and resolve production issues.
• Skilled in integrating the Manufacturing Dossier with technical data (quality, maintenance, tooling).
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams on strategy changes.
• Experience analyzing the industrial impact of engineering modifications.
