Description

Lead manufacturing engineering efforts from initial component machining layouts through daily production support.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly methods, and equipment requirements.
• Manage the manufacturing launch of new or revised products by setting goals, training teams, and evaluating outcomes.
• Drive machinery uptime by identifying and implementing permanent, cost-effective solutions to technical issues.
• Coordinate engine component machining layouts, equipment qualification, and installation.
• Execute product and process analysis to achieve cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in product manufacturing.
• Experience with engine component machining layouts and equipment installation.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
• Proven track record in manufacturing process research and development.
• Experience managing engineering changes and design specification variations.
• Skill in benchmarking manufacturing processes against other facilities to standardize operations.
• Background in supporting quality department objectives and plant quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering or relevant field.
