Description

You will manage and optimize manufacturing processes and assembly fixtures on the production floor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed standard manufacturing processes and work procedures for non-technical personnel.
• Design, document, and implement assembly fixtures and production equipment.
• Resolve technical issues related to processes, equipment, or materials through daily production support.
• Execute assembly process updates using the Engineering Change process and maintain equipment calibration.
• Implement continuous improvement methods including 5S, time studies, and Kaizen events to reduce waste and cost.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Experience managing Engineering Change Orders.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating work instructions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP.
• Background in Lean Manufacturing principles and Kaizen event participation.
