Description

Manage manufacturing and procurement processes for new product introduction in electric vehicle technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new suppliers for electric vehicle procurement technologies.
• Manage the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
• Execute project management tasks and resolve team conflicts.
• Communicate technical ideas and concepts to senior leadership.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of electrification technology and electric vehicle supply bases.
• Proficiency in APQP processes.
• Experience with procurement management and procurement processes.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
• Proven project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with supplier nomination reviews and supply chain planning.
• Familiarity with legal agreement terms, including IP and capacity agreements.
• Background in manufacturing process management or continuous improvement.
