Description

You will manage the development of quality electronic components and oversee new product introduction timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage APQP projects to ensure part quality from source to supply.
• Collaborate with design engineers, buyers, and suppliers to define technical requirements.
• Negotiate costs and request quotes with potential suppliers.
• Support global part development by working with SDEs and PCEs.
• Align engineering and procurement objectives through collaboration meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes.
• Proven project management experience, specifically with NPI.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables and macros.
• Data analysis skills using various data sources.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with aluminum manufacturing and casting processes.
• Knowledge of machining processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
