Description

Manufacturing Engineer based in Pleasanton, CA, responsible for developing and improving processes, tools, and equipment to ensure stable and efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Update PFMEA and MVP documentation to maintain process integrity.
• Maintain and update work instructions and technical documentation.
• Provide continuous support to production lines and operators.
• Optimize manufacturing systems for predictability and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn technical, conceptual, and mechanical concepts quickly through hands-on application.
• Ability to work on-site in Pleasanton, CA.
• Ability to work a split shift (10am – 6pm) following an initial 4-week period on 1st shift (7:00am – 3:30pm).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP.
• Background in process validation.
