Description

You will manage manufacturing process planning and shop floor operations for off-highway equipment and automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan manufacturing processes and develop detailed manufacturing layouts.
• Manage mechanical assembly processes on the shop floor.
• Create operator instructions, SOPs, and work instructions using pictorial representations.
• Utilize systems and tools to support manufacturing workflows and OMS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process planning.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Creo.
• Direct experience with mechanical assembly and shop floor operations.
• Proficiency in creating OMS, SOP, and Work Instructions.
• Background in Off-Highway Equipment (OHE) or automotive manufacturing processes.
• Experience with manufacturing layout and detailing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for shop floor environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
