You will oversee implant medical device manufacturing lines and systems in Raynham, MA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support orthopedic implant manufacturing processes within foundry and CNC milling/turning environments.
• Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage daily cleanroom operations using lean methodologies and KPI-driven processes.
• Maintain and calibrate critical manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and quality control protocols.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in a machine shop environment.
• Expertise in medical device manufacturing and cleanroom operations.
• Hands-on experience with CNC milling, lathe machines, and additive manufacturing.
• Proficiency with IQ/OQ/PQ validations and quality systems.
• Working knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards, including 21 CFR and ISO 11607.
• Experience with packaging processes within a regulated environment.
• Background in orthopedic implant manufacturing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
