Description

You will lead and execute capacity expansion projects for 3D metal printing operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to expand 3D metal printing capacity and operational output.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize metal additive manufacturing equipment.
• Improve printing processes for quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in 3D metal printing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or process engineering projects.
• Experience working within the medical device industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
