Description

You will support engineering projects by developing and executing manufacturing plans, process setups, and equipment procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of processes, equipment, tooling, and required infrastructure to meet client and industry requirements.
• Coordinate multifunctional reviews, pilot builds, and design reviews with vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, including capital and expense tracking.
• Maintain technical documentation including PFMEA, standard work instructions, process change requests, and SOW documents.
• Analyze the impact of new products or features on manufacturing operations and perform functionality testing.
• Execute training plans for new processes and manage supplier readiness.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and leading new process setups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or ProE.
• Experience with Team Center, NX, and ERP systems.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, cycle time analysis, and ergonomics.
• Knowledge of quality control tools such as PFMEA, Pareto analysis, and SPC.
• Ability to use engineering software such as MiniTab or MATLAB.
• Familiarity with safety standards including OSHA and ISO.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and technical documentation.
