Description

You will lead manufacturing process implementations, equipment setups, and project execution to meet client and industry standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of processes, equipment, tooling, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate multifunctional reviews, pilot builds, and design reviews with vendors.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and capital tracking.
• Maintain technical documentation including PFMEA, standard work instructions, and SOWs.
• Execute training plans and manage supplier readiness for new processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and leading new process setups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or ProE.
• Experience with Team Center, NX, and ERP systems.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, and cycle time analysis.
• Knowledge of quality tools: PFMEA, Pareto analysis, and SPC.
• Ability to use Minitab or MATLAB for engineering analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with OSHA and ISO safety standards.
