Description

You will manage manufacturing processes, troubleshoot product issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a hands-on engineering role.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot product defects and critical issues using 2D drawings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create process flow maps and update PFMEA by analyzing potential operation failures.
• Manage NPI manufacturing tasks and lead engineering change management, including BOM management and tool design.
• Execute CapEx projects to acquire new assets and lead Rapid Improvement Workshops to optimize assembly layout.
• Resolve CI cards and BIQ issues to improve operations without disrupting existing production lines.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Experience with CAPP+.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology.
• Ability to work in various unanticipated locations throughout the US.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Teamcenter Vis mockup.
