Description

You will own the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for moderately complex products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-site, cross-functional teams to implement products at primary, secondary, or dual-source locations.
• Review and manage tooling between manufacturing sites.
• Develop manufacturing methods and sequences for moderately complex products and assemblies.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and support root cause analysis.
• Document factory processes and create clear work instructions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics.
• 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Mechanical and Industrial engineering principles.
• Experience with aluminum and steel sheet metal welding in aerospace.
• Knowledge of brazed heat exchanger core assemblies.
• Experience coordinating quality, design, and test engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Aerospace Engineering.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
