Description

You will manage tooling challenges and process improvements within production operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current tooling and fixaturing challenges and execute resolution plans.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Review and enhance Solumina work instructions for clarity and efficiency.
• Track assembly turnback activities and perform root cause analysis using CORE tools.
• Document technical solutions for future reference and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in tooling and fixaturing.
• Hands-on experience with Solumina or similar MES platforms.
• Familiarity with CORE tools or equivalent problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a US Person due to ITAR restrictions.
