Description

Lead manufacturing engineering for existing processes and develop future production concepts in North Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital equipment, including budget creation and cost tracking.
• Implement automation projects and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Deploy production floor systems including SPC, MES solutions, and traceability.
• Drive continuous improvement by compiling KPIs and performing data analytics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience implementing Process Flow diagrams, FMEA, Control Plans, and process audit sheets.
• Strong Root Cause Analysis skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Experience with assembly processes.

Preferred Skills

• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or RedX training.
• Master's degree in engineering.
