Description

You will maintain manufacturing systems deployed across North American and international plants.

Responsibilities

• Modify, develop, and implement enhancements to MES applications, including GE Cimplicity, TPM Toolsets, and PM&C systems.
• Develop and support Industry 4.0 initiatives for IoT data collection and visualization through plant floor displays.
• Manage Bill of Material and ERP-related interfaces.
• Perform daily health checks on MES and related manufacturing systems.
• Respond to manufacturing systems outages as part of a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting information systems and infrastructure within a manufacturing organization.
• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting SCADA solutions using GE Digital Cimplicity or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience developing or supporting applications built on the Microsoft .NET framework running on Windows Server.
• 3+ years of experience developing or supporting applications on SQL Server, including writing and supporting SQL stored procedures.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Ladder Logic.
• Experience utilizing OPC for data collection.
• Experience developing and supporting solutions utilizing barcodes.
• Experience developing and supporting web-based applications.
• Working knowledge of ITIL IT Service Management concepts and principles.
• Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM platform.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant technical certifications.
