Description

Maintain and enhance manufacturing execution systems deployed across global plants.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Modify, develop, and implement enhancements to MES applications including GE Cimplicity, TPM Toolsets, and PM&C systems.
• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives for IoT data collection and visualization via plant floor displays.
• Manage Bill of Material and ERP-related interfaces.
• Perform daily health checks and respond to outages as part of a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years supporting information systems and infrastructure in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years developing and supporting SCADA solutions using GE Digital Cimplicity or equivalent.
• 3+ years developing applications on Microsoft .NET framework running on Windows Server.
• 3+ years supporting SQL Server, including writing and maintaining SQL stored procedures.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Ladder Logic.
• Experience utilizing OPC for data collection.
• Experience developing solutions utilizing barcodes.
• Experience developing and supporting web-based applications.
• Working knowledge of ITIL IT Service Management concepts.
• Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
