Description

You provide L2 and L3 IT support for industrial DCS structures in a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical incidents and IT requests from Data Owners.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and manage firewall rules.
• Manage IT support for industrial automation structures, specifically SIMATIC PCS7.
• Support virtual environments, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory.
• Participate in solution development, procedures, and project or upgrade implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Direct knowledge of DCS environments and industrial automation structures like SIMATIC PCS7.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting and firewall rule management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with OS Server, OS Batch, OS Client, SIMATIC Logon, and Webserver.
• Experience managing IT within virtual environments.
• Fluency in both English and French (oral and written).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a GMP environment.
• Ability to manage vendor support tickets for SIMATIC PCS7, CAD software, and engineering tools.
