Description

You will support manufacturing IT operations, balancing .NET development with enterprise service management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve daily incidents using ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance and quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain functionalities using .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and VB.NET.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, suppliers, and OEMs to resolve functional issues.
• Manage service processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders and business users.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT support or engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core and .NET Framework development.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET and VB.NET.
• Proficient in SQL and Oracle database technologies.
• Practical working knowledge of SCADA platforms.
• Experience managing ServiceNow for Incident, Problem, and Change processes.
• Proven ability to interact with stakeholders and manage vendor communications.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience in the manufacturing industry.
