Description

You will support manufacturing systems and the desktop computing environment, managing technology solutions at the shop-floor level and providing desktop support to ensure daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Facilities, Validation Engineering, QA, and QM to document user requirements for e-logbooks, eBRM, and electronic inventory systems.
• Support the lifecycle management of production IT systems and assist in the development of functional and technical integration documentation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot serialization systems, including ACG, Systech, and RfXcel, to ensure track and trace compliance for packaging and labeling.
• Resolve hardware and software incidents using ServiceNow, including support for printers, mobile devices, and desktop computers.
• Execute testing and validation plans to ensure all IT requirements meet regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Knowledge of 21CFR Part 11, Data Integrity, cGMP, and Good Documentation Practices (cGDP).
• Experience with electronic logbooks, batch record management, and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with serialization technologies for pharmaceutical track and trace compliance.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident and problem resolution.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Warehousing, Facilities, Validation Engineering, and QA environments.
• Ability to install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Lean methodology for incident resolution and continuous improvement.
