Description

You will lead manufacturing process development and industrial engineering initiatives to optimize production yields and throughput.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute cost and quality improvement projects focused on yield and throughput optimization.
• Conduct studies to characterize new manufacturing processes and develop capabilities through statistical analysis.
• Perform manufacturing site audits and assess sites to create process improvement plans with associated cost projections.
• Manage manufacturing line/site transfers and process changes.
• Review technical work instructions, drawings, and ensure adherence to good documentation practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Proven expertise in process development and manufacturing site audits.
• Proficiency in data gathering and statistical analysis using Minitab.
• Experience with new product innovation and supply chain integration.
• Working knowledge of PLM systems, specifically Map Agile.
• Ability to develop manufacturing capabilities using statistical methods.
• Experience reviewing technical work instructions and engineering drawings.

Preferred Skills

• Six Sigma certification.
