Description

Support manufacturing quality through mechanical component analysis and testing. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze mechanical components and perform tests to verify quality compliance against specifications.
• Report testing results to appropriate engineering functions.
• Maintain equipment and machinery used for quality and testing activities to minimize downtime.
• Perform calibration and maintenance tasks or coordinate with third parties to ensure work meets schedules.
• Solve technical problems of limited scope while working toward clearly defined objectives.

Required Skills

• Background in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic understanding of mechanical metrology and hand tool usage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high workmanship standards and adhere to established processes.
• Degree or equivalent specialized training/certification.
• 5 years of working experience.
• Any Graduate education level.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Optical Surface Profilers.
• Experience with automated software platforms.
