Description

Run partially automated processes to manufacture material in a regulated environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute ticket and procedure instructions by collecting, recording, and using data to monitor and control the manufacturing process.
• Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), cGMP guidelines, and good documentation practices.
• Identify abnormal processing conditions and escalate issues to supervision in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback to technical services, engineering, and automation teams to improve batch records and procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete required housekeeping documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct manufacturing experience operating automatic, manual, or semi-automated equipment.
• Experience working in accordance with strict operating procedures.
• Proficiency in GMP and cGMP guidelines.
• Ability to collect and enter data from various computer systems for analysis and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to be employed in the United States.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with troubleshooting and using statistical tools for data analysis and problem solving.
• Ability to multitask and function effectively within a team.
