Pay Rate: $40.00–$45.00/hour
Openings: 3 Contractor Positions

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Days of the week are currently being finalized by management. Candidates may be required to work weekends, potentially including at least one day each weekend.

Position Overview

Albertsons Companies is seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisors to coordinate manufacturing and warehouse operations within a large, fast-paced production facility.

The Production Supervisor will lead production activities, support operational goals, promote safety and quality, and help drive efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.

This position offers the possibility of contract extension and may have an opportunity to convert to full-time employment based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate manufacturing and warehouse functions within the production facility.

Drive production efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Develop, monitor, and ensure timely completion of short- and long-term plant goals and action plans.

Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and available technology to improve operational efficiency.

Identify and promote cost-saving initiatives.

Create a work environment that promotes trust, teamwork, quality, and safety.

Lead and support employees in achieving production goals.

Ensure products are produced according to company quality standards.

Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, and other applicable requirements.

Manage production activities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Work effectively with employees across a diverse workforce.

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience in a production/manufacturing environment.

1+ year of experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience directing and supporting a diverse unionized workforce.

Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop employees.

Strong understanding of manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to quickly learn additional business-related applications.

Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
