Description

You will execute fundamental downstream manufacturing operations for bulk drug substance production in a multi-product facility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit operations including parts cleaning, weighing, dispensing, equipment preparation, kit assembly, and staging.
• Execute CIP and SIP of tanks and manufacturing equipment, along with buffer preparation and transfer.
• Maintain production areas according to 5S standards and manage analytical equipment maintenance.
• Document all work according to cGMP and cGDP requirements and report process anomalies, equipment deviations, and safety hazards.

Required Skills

• Experience in GMP environments.
• Knowledge of Cell Culture and Manufacturing Operations.
• Understanding of Quality Control processes.
• Ability to follow highly proceduralized tasks and SOPs.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within a 24/7 shift structure.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• 1 year of tenure in manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations.
