Description

You will disassemble, clean, and reassemble customer assets in a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Tear down and clean customer-owned assets, ensuring parts are free of residue or grease.
• Perform bead blasting, deburring, and dry film application on component pieces.
• Conduct analytical assessments of weapon systems and request necessary replacement parts.
• Reassemble weapons and submit them to quality for inspection.
• Communicate daily with multiple operation groups.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in day-to-day functions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform manual labor in a shop environment.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with guns or cannons.
• Previous analytical experience.
