Description

Own the end-to-end test process for new product introductions and global technology transfers. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test equipment using NI LabVIEW and TestStand, including PXI systems.
• Define test requirements and build automated systems to ensure data integrity across SQL-based manufacturing databases.
• Analyze production test yield data to identify root causes and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Troubleshoot Windows-based PC hardware, networking setups, and electronic schematics.
• Support test process creation and tool implementation for new products within the supply chain.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electronics, electrical schematics, and test equipment maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in NI LabVIEW and TestStand for automated test development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows OS (98 through 10) and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and perform mechanical disassembly/reassembly of test fixtures.
• Experience with SQL database servers for test data maintenance and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and failure analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Boundary Scan tools such as XJTAG or Corelis.
• Background in electronic assembly or PCBA manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with Linux and/or DOS operating systems.
