Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform setup, calibration, optical alignment, testing, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical/optical assemblies.
• Troubleshoot system-level issues and perform rework or repairs as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and test procedures.
• Use oscilloscopes, DVMs/multimeters, calipers, torque tools, and other test equipment.
• Document test results, findings, and recommended solutions in technical reports.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement and provide technical guidance to team members when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test engineering, manufacturing, electronics, electro-mechanical assembly, or a related field.
• Experience with testing and troubleshooting digital/analog systems.
• Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Technical Certificate, AS degree, military technical training, or equivalent experience; BSEE/BSEET or related engineering degree preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work extended hours/weekends when required
