Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for production and sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall ATE architecture, integrating hardware and software.
• Develop and maintain test software utilizing C#, LabVIEW, and TestStand.
• Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing to define test requirements and achieve production readiness.
• Generate project plans, timelines, and technical documentation for test systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using standard lab instrumentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering or automated test systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
• Strong programming experience in C#, .NET, and Object-Oriented Design.
• Experience with National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand.
• Hands-on experience with measurement and test instrumentation.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (UART/Serial, GPIB, USB, Ethernet/TCP-IP).
• Experience with Windows OS configuration and SQL database integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills for independent production environment work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with embedded software development or C++.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
